Practical for community activists to begin NOW (using new IP social and meeting technologies)--->		1.1 To initiate shadow management, assemblies and forums of local electors. 1.2 To broadcast bulletins of forthcoming parliamentary business. 1.3 To encourage thought and debate ahead of parliamentary voting. 1.4 To lead each local MP's parliament vote with a shadow local mass vote. 1.5 To lobby local MPs to "encourage" them to notice their local constituency vote . 1.6 To promote active dialogue between MPs and their local constituents. 1.7 Use of new technology to propagate and develop this idea globally.
		The Future
Longer term Aims and Objectives --->		2.1 To elect "professionally obedient & dutiful members of parliament". 2.2 End of self-serving government by party-power-cliques and individuals. 2.3 An intelligent, peaceful and legal cybernetic evolution in global politics !
